All CompileBuilt products are printed and fulfilled on demand through our partner Fourthwall. Every item is made specifically for you when you order. We stand behind what we make — if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Quality Guarantee
If your order arrives with a print error, visible defect, or quality issue, we will replace it or issue a refund. To get started, contact us via the contact form with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue on a flat, well-lit surface (tag and defect both visible)
- A brief description of the problem
You have 30 days from delivery to report quality issues.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. We encourage you to check the size guides on each product page before ordering.
Cancellations
You can cancel or edit your order using the link in your confirmation email, as long as production hasn't started. Once an item enters production, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for confirmed quality issues. Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method:
- Credit / Debit Card: 7–10 business days to appear in your account
- PayPal: Typically within 24 business hours
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges. These fees are not included in your order total and are your responsibility. Contact your local customs office for details.
Fulfilled by Fourthwall
CompileBuilt uses Fourthwall as our fulfilment and merchant of record. Shipping, order processing, and payment handling run through their platform. For the full Fourthwall returns policy, view it on our shop page.
